Registration Policy

 

UCA offers several types of member and nonmember registration options. For more information about a specific type of registration, please review the details below.

 

Registration Terms & Conditions

Prior to your registration, you must acknowledge and accept the UCA Registration Terms & Conditions. Should you not wish to accept the Terms & Conditions you should not register.

Submission of a registration is regarded as affirmation of your acceptance of the Event Terms & Conditions.

Registration Category

Member

Members must have paid 2022 dues to receive member pricing. Non-member full conference registrations include a complimentary pro-rated UCA membership that will remain active until December 31, 2022. Discounted non-member registrations that include, but are not limited to, Discounted Author Rates and Complimentary Sponsor Registrations do not include complimentary memberships.

Student

Student registration for the NAT 2022 must meet eligibility requirements. SME requires that an individual must be attending a college/university/ higher education institute on a full-time basis to qualify for student registration rates. Student registrants may be required to provide evidence that you are a full-time student. Students enrolled in 12 or more semester credit hours are considered full-time. Acceptable confirmation includes: transcript, most recent report card, or official school registration documents. Student registrations without this documentation upon request will not be eligible for the reduced student rate.

Spouse/Companion Program

This reduced rate is intended for those traveling with registered conference attendees and who are not involved in tunneling in any aspect. This registration includes admission to the Monday’s hosted Exhibit Hall Reception and Tuesday's Luncheon in the Exhibit Hall only. This registration does not include access to technical sessions and does not include ticketed events – those must be purchased separately.

UCA reserves the right to cancel, without notice, a spouse/companion registration suspected to be for a professional and/or exhibitor.

Registration Policy

All attendees, exhibitors and authors at NAT 2022 are required to register. Nonmember authors/chairs may register at the member rate using the discount code provided. The appropriate badge is required for admittance to the technical sessions and exhibit hall functions and will be checked at the entrance of all activities. Exhibits-only registrations are NOT permitted to attend the technical sessions. One-day or Exhibit Hall-only passes are not available.

Cancellation/Substitution Policy

If circumstances require you to cancel your NAT registration, you must do so in writing. Written notice must be sent to: NAT Conference Registration, 12999 E. Adam Aircraft Circle, Englewood, CO 80112 or via email at cs@smenet.org or meetings@smenet.org. Cancellations received on or before May 12, 2022, will receive a full refund, less a $100 processing fee. There are no refunds for no-shows and cancellations postmarked after May 12, 2022. Registrants are responsible for cancellation of their own hotel accommodations. Substitutions will be accepted in writing at no charge until May 12, 2022. After May 12, 2022, a $25 fee will be charged for substitutions. NO REFUNDS for Registration, Social Functions or Short Courses will be issued after the May 12, 2022 deadline.

 

International Delegates Letter of Invitation

UCA will send a letter of invitation to paid, full registrants upon request. Invitations are intended to help international delegates raise travel funds or obtain a visa. It is not a commitment from the conference or the organizers to provide any financial support. Request for letters of invitation must include attendee name, job title, company name, mailing address (PO boxes are not acceptable), city, state/province, country, zip/postal code, phone and fax number, and beginning and end dates of travel. Also provide the address, phone and fax number of your embassy. All items must be submitted to complete a letter of invitation.
